I saw my boss make love to a blow up doll

I’ll cut to the chase; I walked in on my boss making love to a blow up doll. It happened about a year back. I am a nightmare for forgetting things and I had left my keys one Friday night and returned later that evening to get them.
On entering the office I could hear the faint sound of Phil Collins coming from the Boss’s area, something which I had become accustomed to because he was a big fan. My desk was right opposite his glass room. It was quite late and only the cleaner seemed to be around so I just grabbed my keys. I was about to turn and leave when I stupidly thought it better to drop in and wish him a good weekend and all that jazz. I knocked once and got no reply and then again to which I was greeted with a loud murmur.I took this to be an invitation to come in- big mistake!
I opened to the door and got the shock of my life as I found him standing in front of his desk, trousers down, old boy in hand and and up close and personal with a blow up doll. I immediately recognised it to be one he had been given as a joke by one of the managing directors (our work place is one big boy's club). I didn’t know what to do or say so just said ‘ohh ok’ and then shut the door.
He tends to avoid me now, but funnily enough I received a pay rise the following month.
