The process is as follows; Place one of the rubber mouths around the large end of the transparent tube. Connect the air bulb and hose kit to the transparent penis tube nipple. Push the centre rubber ring in order to make it indented and flat. It would be advisable to apply a small amount of lube to the centre of the rubber rim to facilitate easier entrance for your penis. Place the head of your penis against the centre rubber ring. Next, hold the penis tube in one hand and with the other begin to slowly pump the device.
