How do vibrators work?

You can choose from either standard Royal Mail delivery at £3.49 or guaranteed next day delivery at £5.00

What is your security policy?
Sexyfun is committed to customer privacy and security. Our on-line ordering system uses the latest secure encryption technology. All personal and credit card information is submitted with the highest level of security for your protection.

When will my Order arrive?
All next day deliveries ordered before 4pm (Mon-Fri) will be despatched to you the same day and get to you the following day before 1pm. Royal Mail cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries. If you order from outside the UK, please allow 4-5 days. Orders placed on a weekend are processed on a Monday. Any orders that are placed using standard delivery option please allow 1-5 working days.

Will my order be discreetly packaged?
All products are dispatched by us and are packaged discreetly to ensure safe, untampered arrival to your door. If you order is Next day delivery it will arrive in a silver Royal Mail delivery bag. If your order is standard delivery it will come in a plain brown padded bag.

Do I need to be home to sign for it?
Yes, Royal Mail requires a signature on delivery as confirmation of receipt. You can arrange for the item to be delivered to perhaps a work address for convenience.

What if I am unable to be at home when Royal Mail attempts delivery?
Royal Mail will leave a calling card instructing you to collect from your local delivery office, or alternatively re-arranging for delivery at a convenient time for you.

I placed my order a few days ago, why has it not arrived?

Which Credit/Debit cards do you accept?
At present we accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo. To keep your order discreet the payment will appear as Hexpress Ltd on your credit / debit card statement.

Why do you need my phone number on the order form?
We may need to contact you if there is a problem with your payment or for other security issues regarding your order.

Can I pay by Cheque / Postal Orders?
Yes. Please make cheques / postal orders payable to Hexpress Ltd. Please allow a few more days for delivery due to payment clearance. Please place an order as normal however, please enter fictitious card start and end date, enter card number as '0000' (four zeros) and enter Name on Card as Cheque or Postal Order accordingly. Then, once you are emailed confirmation of your order, get the order number and put it on the back of your cheque / postal orders.

Will Sexyfun show up on my credit / debit card statement?
No, the payment will show up as "Hexpress Ltd" on your statement to keep your order discreet.
